What information do we collect?

We may use the Personal Information we collect from you when you make a purchase, register, or sign up for updates to (1) process orders, (2) communicate with you, and (3) improve our website.  The email address you provide for order processing will be used only to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.  We use an opt-in only policy for general email notifications; only email addresses provided specifically to our Email Notification List will be used to send periodic company news and updates. Each notification email will include detailed unsubscribe instructions.

Wallyhoo, Inc. does NOT share, sell, rent or trade Personal Information with third parties for their own promotional purposes, and will only share Personal Information as outlined here or with your consent. We use payment processing companies to bill you for goods and services, shipping services companies, and an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf. When you order products from Wallyhoo, Inc., we will share your Personal Information as necessary with such third party services providers for the express purpose of delivering product(s) or service(s) as requested.  These third parties are prohibited from using your Personal Information for promotional purposes.

How do we protect your information?
